Stardraw.com Achieves New Microsoft Partner Status
 Software provider Stardraw.com has announced that it has attained Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with a competency in ISV (Independent Software Vendor)/Software Solutions, recognizing Stardraw.com's expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Certified Partner, Stardraw.com has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to meet customers' needs.
Microsoft Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the channel and affording the opportunity to partner more effectively both with Microsoft and other Certified Partners.
"We have had a strategic relationship with Microsoft for many years and have used Microsoft technologies since the launch of the first Stardraw application in 1992," said David Snipp, CEO of Stardraw.com. "We are extremely pleased to have attained Certified Partner level in the Microsoft Partner Program now. This allows us to clearly promote our expertise and relationship with Microsoft to our customers, not least because of the requirements of the Microsoft Partner Program."
As one of the requirements for attaining Certified Partner status, Stardraw.com had to declare a Microsoft Competency. Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner's capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution. Each Competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.
 The ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the skill and focus partners bring to a particular solution set. Microsoft Certified Partners that have obtained this competency have a successful record of developing and marketing packed software based on Microsoft technologies. Proof of this competency in Stardraw.com's case included independent testing of their multi-award winning application, Stardraw Control 2007, to ensure full compliance with Microsoft Vista and an independent survey of customer satisfaction.

New Features, Drivers and Improved Performance for Stardraw Control
 Significant enhancements
have been made to the multi-award winning family of Stardraw Control products. These new features, improvements and device drivers
are freely available to all users of Stardraw Control 2007 products and self-install when you run the program and choose to
'accept updates'.
Performance improvement - a major re-working of rendering capability applies to all newly generated executables: the
control programs you compile now feature much faster screen re-drawing, even in very large, complex and image-intensive UIs. Your User
Interfaces will now render themselves noticeably more quickly with transitions between forms and panels - the greatest test of screen redraws - being almost instantaneous. This
speed improvement applies to any project from which you compile a new executable, even if the project was created before this performance
enhancement was introduced.
Copy/Paste Actions - you can now copy the strings shown in the Actions dialog and paste them into the Actions dialog of another control: this
makes it very easy to replicate even very complex chains of Actions from one control to another and then just make small edits where required - a great time-saver.
Additionally, you can paste into any application that supports text. For example, pasting into MS Excel allows you to edit a segment of a string or use
Excel functions like Fill Down to make changes or populate whole new functional sequences, then paste the strings back into an Actions dialog in Stardraw Control.
New drivers - sophisticated bi-directional drivers have been added for a range of Intelix products including Audisey Athena matrix mixer/amplifiers,
MARC room combining systems and MZP Multi-zone paging and program distribution systems.
New UI Templates Now Available
 Three new and sophisticated Graphical User Interface
templates for Stardraw Control applications are now available for purchase and download (sample images from one template shown right). These
templates have been created by Guiwerx, a leading UI designer, and offer the quickest and easiest
way to create truly stunning control UIs.
The FlexTheme templates are available in 800x480, 800x600 and 1024x768 pixel resolutions and each features 25 interchangeable
themed backgrounds built right into the template; your client can choose the look they want with an easy to use theme select page.
You can easily create specialty source pages using the comprehensive button library: each button image includes a default and pressed
state and all images are in PNG format that supports Alpha transparency. Each template includes pre-programmed touch panel
navigation and source pages.
