The look of a Stardraw control interface can be fully customized by anyone with a
working knowledge of HTML. The power of the system lies in the integration
of separately developed Add-Ins which register themselves as responsible
for the configuration of a product. When a user activates a product
interface, Stardraw calls the Add-In which then displays whatever
configuration and User Interface it wishes. Without modifying one line
of Stardraw's base code, 1000's of Add-ins can be registered
allowing control of 1000's of products, each with their own protocol.
What follows is a description of an actual implementation of this technology,
developed for the Klark Teknik Group. Midas, a division of the Klark Teknik Group,
was awarded an EDDY for technological achievement in December 2001 for the software
developed for them by Stardraw.com
Control Application Example

The screengrabs shown here are
examples of an actual control system delivered to a
well-known signal processing hardware manufacturer.
They are indicative of the total flexibility in both
form and function of Stardraw's control interface. The
pages are all written in HTML and can be maintained by
anyone with a working knowledge of web design.
The following are descriptions of
the functions of some of the control pages implemented
as part of this system.
Routing Page
Controls the overall settings of
individual units, for example unit name, address and
signal routing.
Input Equalisation Page
Controls parameters for each signal
input. Using this page you can configure 8 parametric
EQs per input and access the input dynamics page.
Group Frequency Correction
For each output or group of outputs
you can use this page to:
- Configure parameters for the Low EQ
filter, Parametric filters and High EQ filter.
- Flatten filter response.
- Access the Crossover Filters and
Loudspeaker Protection pages for the current Output or
Group.
- View a graphical representation of the
frequency response.
Group Crossover Filters Page
For each output or group of outputs
you can use this page to:
- Configure Low and High Pass filter
parameters.
- Set Output Delay.
- Access Output Phase control.
- Access Frequency Correction and
Loudspeaker Protection pages for the current Output or
Group.
- View a graphical representation of the
frequency response.
